General Information

• Terms And Conditions Of Trail Ride: Terms and conditions apply. Please ensure that you read and understand them.
• Damage Bond: There is a $1000.00 cash bond to be paid for the hire bike. This will be refunded upon safe return of the bike. Any damage will be deducted from the bond.
• Deposit: A holding deposit of 20% is required for all bookings. Balance of cost is to be paid prior to departure of tour.
• Payment: Can be done by cash, cheque/money order or credit card.
• Confirmation: Upon receipt of your booking enquiry we will send you a notice confirming pricing and departure date, and a general information sheet with any final instructions.
• Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellation >30 days prior to departure - refund less $160 cancellation fee
• Cancellation 14-29 days prior to departure - refund less $360 cancellation fee
• Cancellation <14 days prior to departure, or 'no-show' - no refund
• Cancellation during the tour - no refund for the unused portion
• Indemnity: All riders are required to fill out and sign a indemnity form before tour start
• Insurance: All riders are responsible for their own accident insurance. Fair Dinkum Bike Tours is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings, motorcycle, personal injury, accident, or illness. We strongly recommend personal accident insurance.
